1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SINTRIX.in, operated by SINTRIX.in (“SINTRIX”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the website you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
If you are using this website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. No offer, no contract by browsing
This website is a marketing and information resource. Nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. No contract for services is formed by browsing this website, submitting the briefing request form, or exchanging correspondence. Services are supplied only under a separately executed written agreement signed by both parties.
We publish no prices on this website. Any commercials discussed are indicative and non-binding until recorded in a signed agreement.
3. SINTRIX is a software provider — nothing more
SINTRIX provides software, algorithmic rubric evaluation, and evidence-automation workflows. SINTRIX is not a law firm, not a financial regulator, not a credit institution, not an insurance intermediary, and not a registered valuer or auditor.
We are not your compliance officer, and using this website does not create any fiduciary, advisory, solicitor–client, or agent–principal relationship. Compliance obligations remain yours at all times.
4. No legal, regulatory or professional advice
Commentary on this website about the RBI Responsible Business Conduct directions, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, IRDAI regulations, or any other instrument is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, tax, investment or other professional advice.
We do not warrant that our reading of any instrument is complete, current or correct, or that it is the same reading a regulator or court would adopt. Statutory and regulatory positions change, and a draft or proposed instrument may never come into force. You should obtain independent advice from qualified counsel before acting. Do not rely on this website as a substitute for it.
5. Illustrative figures and models
The interactive tools on this website — including the CCO Cost-Dial Calculator and the Sale Integrity Record (SIR) Inspector — are modelling demonstrations using synthetic data. They are labelled as illustrative for good reason:
- Outputs are hypothetical projections, not predictions, forecasts, quotations, or statements of achievable results.
- Default values, coefficients, escalation rates and rupee figures are assumptions chosen for demonstration. Your institution’s actual figures will differ, possibly materially.
- The SIR Inspector displays fabricated sample records. They are not real customer data and do not describe real audits.
- Nothing in these tools constitutes a promise of regulatory outcome, penalty avoidance, or the admissibility or evidentiary weight of any record in any proceeding.
Any decision you take on the basis of these models is your own responsibility. Where a projection matters to a decision, ask us for a client-specific analysis under a mutually executed agreement.
6. Capability claims and assurance artefacts
Descriptions of our architecture, security posture, and compliance alignment express design intent and commitments. They are not certifications, attestations, or audit opinions. Where we refer to a framework — including ISO/IEC 27001 or SOC 2 — we do so to describe our roadmap and target controls, not to assert that a certification has been achieved or maintained. Formal assurance reports and vendor due-diligence material are shared under non-disclosure agreement, on request, and on a pointer-to-fact basis.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the website without our written permission;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the website or circumvent its rate limiting or other protective measures;
- submit the personal data of any third party without lawful authority to do so;
- submit unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content, or upload code designed to disrupt the service;
- submit bulk, automated, or deceptive enquiries, or misrepresent your identity, employer, or affiliation;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying logic of any software made available on the website, except to the extent permitted by law;
- use the website to build a competing product or to benchmark us publicly without our consent.
We may suspend or block access, and decline to respond to enquiries, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its content — including the SINTRIX name, logo, text, methodology descriptions, rubric design, user interface, visual design, and underlying code — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.
You may view, download and print pages for your own internal evaluation and non-commercial reference, provided you do not remove proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written consent.
9. Submissions and confidentiality
Information you submit through the briefing form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Please do not send us confidential information, customer records, or regulated personal data through this website. The form is not a secure channel for such material.
We treat enquiry correspondence as commercially confidential and do not disclose it to third parties except as described in the Privacy Notice. However, no confidentiality obligation arises from your use of this website. Mutual confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations take effect only when a written agreement is signed. Until then, do not share information you regard as sensitive.
We are free to use general feedback, suggestions, and ideas about the website without restriction or compensation. This does not extend to personal data or to confidential information disclosed under a signed agreement.
10. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party sites. Those sites are not under our control, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
11. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website — including these terms and the illustrative tools — at any time and without notice. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors, or that defects will be corrected. You are responsible for your own connectivity and equipment.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SINTRIX.in, its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) this website, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss.
Because access to this website is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this website is limited to INR 5,000 (Indian Rupees five thousand).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where our services are supplied under a separate signed agreement, that agreement governs liability for those services and these caps do not apply to them.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SINTRIX.in, its directors, officers, employees and agents against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, or your submission of personal data without lawful authority.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts at Mumbai, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, the language shall be English, and the award shall be final and binding. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court.
16. General
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of assets.
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding use of this website.
- Changes. The version published here at the time of your use governs that use. Continuing to use the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
